Hello, please pray for my mentor and friend, Judy, who called me yesterday asking for prayer ... she was told yesterday that she has cancer of the colon and liver and needs surgery immediately. She has not been feeling good in the last few weeks, but this is very unexpected.
Thanks so much...

Blessed I am wondering how you are doing?

We will pray for Judy and Blessed. It is hard to see someone you love go through a health trial. You feel so out of control. But God is in control. He will take you through the storm. He is a good God.

Beloved, your mentor, Judy, will be lifted up in prayer. As we can all recall from the parable of the mustard seed, our faith can move mountains. In the name of Jesus, we pray that she is feeling His healing touch even now.

To Anonymous, Natasha, Andrew, and my BibleOnline group family, I say thank you all for your prayers. I received feedback from my GP on Thursday. Yes there is a small fibroid present. There is no sign of cancer. Surgery is optional and not mandatory at the moment. I am working on getting the anemia under control, and I am pleased to say that the symptoms I have been experiencing (dizziness and extreme fatigue)have been reduced to a large extent.

Our God is great and He is merciful. I am undeserving of His love, and I humbly say thank you Jesus.

My sister has struggled tremendously with fibroids, including surgery and is now much better. I will continue to remember you in prayer.

Thanks for the prayers Blessed, Natasha and Andrew. I will lift you all up.

My friend Judy got more "bad news" in the natural realm but she and her best friend who came from Florida to be with her (a mighty woman of faith as well) are strong in the Lord and in the Word and already God is working ... the doctor is shocked that Judy is not experiencing any pain or using an painkillers in the last few days, and is having normal eating and bowel movement patterns at her stage of illness. We are all going to believe God for a healing.

I will also pray for Paula and her family. These posts remind me that not only the person with an illness needs prayer, but the family and close friends, too.

As we lift our friends up in prayer, let us refer to Ephesians 6:10-18. Although we fight against principalities and powers, we have the sword of the Holy Spirit.

Our God is awesome and there is no mountain that He cannot subdue. As Christians, we claim His healing and His peace and we acknowledge and honour His greatness. Amen

P.S. Do we have any updates on Judy, the mentor, or Paula?

Judy is doing well, thanks, standing firm in faith and prayer. She had a visit with an oncologist today to discuss treatment ... no word on how it went yet. Will continue praying for the listed needs.
